Scientific Name: Mephitis Mephitis
General Information: Striped Skunks are native to north America and can be found in northern Mexico, throughout the US and as far north as central Canada.
They are primarily nocturnal animals. The average lifespan is 6 – 10 years. Adult size is approximately 4 – 10 lbs.
Diet: Our skunks are started out on a combination of Victor dog food, and Exotic Nutrition Skunk diet. Once they are older, they are switched to a mixture of fruits, vegetables, and protein such as eggs, chicken, etc.

After the first 48, we do have to add a small boarding fee which helps cover the cost of feeding, cleaning, and general care of your pet, while it awaits your (or the transporters) arrival.
